Ingredients for - Jicama Salad

1. Diced jicama - 3 cups
2. Whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
3. Black beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15.5 ounce) can
4. Tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 3 medium
5. Minced onion - ½ cup
6. Lime juice - ⅓ cup
7. Olive oil - ¼ cup
8. Honey, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Garlic, minced, or to taste - 1 clove
10. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Hot sauce, or to taste - 3 dashes
14. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Jicama Salad

1. Stage

Combine jicama, corn, beans, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Combine lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, cumin, pepper, and hot sauce in a small bowl; whisk until thoroughly combined, about 1 minute. Taste and add additional honey, salt, or hot sauce if needed.

Pour dressing over salad mixture and stir gently to combine. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
