Ingredients for - Habanero Hot Sauce

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Chopped carrots - 1 cup
3. Chopped onion - ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Habanero peppers, stemmed - 5
6. Tomato - 1 medium
7. Water - ¼ cup
8. Lime juice - ¼ cup
9. White vinegar - ¼ cup
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Habanero Hot Sauce

1. Stage

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add carrots, onion, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Transfer vegetables to a blender. Add habanero peppers, tomato, water, lime juice, and vinegar; blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
