6. Frozen mango - ½ cup
8. Navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks - ¼ cup
15. Blue spirulina powder - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Rainbow Ice Pops
1. Stage
Combine the ingredients for the red layer in a blender; blend until smooth. Evenly distribute among 12 ice pop molds or small plastic cups.
2. Stage
Rinse the blender. Blend the ingredients for the orange layer; pour over the red layer. Repeat for green, blue, purple layers, rinsing the blender between layers. Place a wooden stick into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
