Ingredients for - Cheese Soup I

1. Chopped celery - 1 cup
2. Chopped onion - ½ cup
3. Cubed potatoes - 2 cups
4. Frozen mixed vegetables - 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Chicken bouillon - 4 cubes
6. Water - 2 ½ cups
7. Processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta), cubed - 1 pound
8. Milk - 2 ½ cups
9. Margarine - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Cheese Soup I

1. Stage

In a large pot boil the chopped celery, chopped onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, bouillon cubes and water until all the vegetables are tender.

2. Stage

Add the Velveeta® milk and butter or margarine. Heat until hot and serve.
