1. Beef oxtail - 2 pounds
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Greek seasoning - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Seasoning salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Water, or as needed - 4 cups
9. Bacon drippings or shortening - 2 tablespoons
10. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
11. Browning sauce - 2 dashes
12. Garlic powder, or to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Oxtails with Gravy

1. Stage

Place oxtails, onion, garlic, Greek seasoning, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and seasoning salt in a large stockpot. Fill with enough water to cover oxtails and place over high heat.
