1. Beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 pounds
2. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
5. Beef broth - 1 ½ cups
6. Carrots, sliced - 4 medium
7. Potatoes, diced - 3 medium
8. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
9. Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
10. Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
12. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
13. Bay leaf - 1 large

Gather ingredients.

Place meat in slow cooker.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over meat, and stir until meat is coated.
