1. Eggs 2
2. Milk ¼ cup
3. All-purpose flour ½ cup
4. Poultry seasoning 1 tablespoon
5. Ground cinnamon 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Chopped pecans 1 cup
7. White sugar 1 pinch
8. Salt to taste 1 pinch
9. Ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
10. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness 4
11. Olive oil 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mary's Pecan Crusted Chicken

1 . Stage

In a small bowl, mix the eggs with the milk. Put aside.

2 . Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, seasoning, cinnamon, pecans, sugar, and salt and pepper.

3 . Stage

Dip the chicken in the egg mix, and press in the pecan mix.

4 . Stage

Fry in hot olive oil until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Check to make sure pecans don't burn. Place on paper towel to drain.
