Ingredients for - Mary's Pecan Crusted Chicken

1. Eggs - 2
2. Milk - ¼ cup
3. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
4. Poultry seasoning - 1 tablespoon
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Chopped pecans - 1 cup
7. White sugar - 1 pinch
8. Salt to taste - 1 pinch
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
10. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness - 4
11. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mary's Pecan Crusted Chicken

1. Stage

In a small bowl, mix the eggs with the milk. Put aside.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, seasoning, cinnamon, pecans, sugar, and salt and pepper.

3. Stage

Dip the chicken in the egg mix, and press in the pecan mix.

4. Stage

Fry in hot olive oil until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Check to make sure pecans don't burn. Place on paper towel to drain.
