3. Cabbage - cut into thick, short strips - ½ medium head
4. Portobello mushroom caps, thickly sliced - 2
5. Kosher salt, or to taste - 2 pinches
6. Ground black pepper to taste - 2 pinches
7. Garlic powder to taste - 2 pinches
