Ingredients for - Chicken Veggie Soup II

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cut into bite-size pieces - ½ pound
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Sliced carrots - 1 cup
6. Broccoli florets - 1 cup
7. Chopped cauliflower - 1 cup
8. Chopped celery - 1 cup
9. Whole peeled tomatoes with liquid, chopped - 2 cups
10. Fat free chicken broth - 4 cups
11. Chopped fresh spinach - 1 cup
12. Hot pepper sauce - 6 drops
13. Salt and pepper to taste - 6 drops

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Veggie Soup II

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. add the chicken and saute for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned; set aside.

2. Stage

To the same saucepan add the onion, garlic and carrots and saute for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the broccoli, cauliflower, celery, tomatoes, chicken broth and reserved chicken.

3. Stage

Stir together well, bring to a slow boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir in the spinach, hot pepper sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
