1. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
2. Ground beef 1 pound
3. Onion, chopped ½ large
4. Shredded cabbage 5 cups
5. Red kidney beans, drained 2 (16 ounce) cans
6. Tomato sauce 24 ounces
7. Water 2 cups
8. Beef bouillon cubes 4
9. Ground cumin 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Salt 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage Beef Soup

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook and stir until beef is well browned and crumbly and onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat.

2 . Stage

Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker. Add cabbage, kidney beans, tomato sauce, water, bouillon, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
