1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Ground beef - 1 pound
3. Onion, chopped - ½ large
4. Shredded cabbage - 5 cups
5. Red kidney beans, drained - 2 (16 ounce) cans
6. Tomato sauce - 24 ounces
7. Water - 2 cups
8. Beef bouillon cubes - 4
9. Ground cumin - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage Beef Soup

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook and stir until beef is well browned and crumbly and onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat.

2. Stage

Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker. Add cabbage, kidney beans, tomato sauce, water, bouillon, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
