1. Frozen riced cauliflower 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Curry powder, divided 4 teaspoons
4. Garlic powder, divided 2 teaspoons
5. Onion powder, divided 2 teaspoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 teaspoons
7. Ground chicken 1 pound
8. Egg whites 5
9. Green onions, chopped 6
10. Pineapple chunks 1 (20 ounce) can
11. Low-sodium soy sauce, or to taste 4 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Chicken 'Fried' Cauliflower Rice

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
