1. Mozzarella cheese, fresh - 1 cup
2. Grated Parmesan-Reggiano cheese - 3 tablespoons
3. Zucchini blossoms - 10
4. Rice flour - 7 tablespoons
5. Eggs - 2
6. Milk - ¼ cup
7. Sparkling water - ¼ cup
8. Sweet rice flour - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
10. Oil for frying - 1 cup

1. Stage

Mix mozzarella cheese and Parmesan-Reggiano cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Stuff 1 tablespoon cheese mixture into each zucchini blossom and pinch the ends closed.
