6. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
7. Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
8. Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
9. Ground cumin - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Jicama, peeled and chopped - 1 small
11. Diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained - 1 (10 ounce) can

1. Stage

Mix together tomato, jalapeño peppers, red onion, green onions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, cumin, jicama, and diced tomatoes with chilies in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to sit at least 1 hour before serving.
