Ingredients for - Iowa Pork Steak

1. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
2. Pork steaks 4
3. Onion Powder 4
4. Garlic powder 4
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 4
6. Onion, chopped 1 large
7. Sliced mushrooms, drained 2 (4.5 ounce) cans
8. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
9. Water 1 (10.75 ounce) can
10. Dry onion soup mix 1 (1 ounce) package
11. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Iowa Pork Steak

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steaks for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. While browning, season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Transfer steaks to a 9x13 inch casserole dish, and sprinkle with chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.

3 . Stage

In a small bowl, combine condensed mushroom soup, water, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth, and pour over steaks. Cover pan with aluminum foil.

4 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes.
