Cooking
1 . Stage
Make minced meat from the breast or take ready-made, pepper and salt it. Onion is cut into small cubes and added to the stuffing, break an egg in it. Mix everything.

Put the rice and combine it with the stuffing.

I salted the juice in the mug and stirred it. I took a ceramic mold, greased it with oil.

I put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, with raw hands formed meatballs and rolled them in breadcrumbs, put them in a mold. The breadcrumbs can be replaced with flour!

It turned out 9 pieces of fairly large meatballs.

I poured tomato juice and sprinkled basil and parsley, put a bay leaf.

I covered the form with foil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at t-180 C.

I took it out of the oven, opened it, and put it in again for another 10 minutes.
