1. Ground beef 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped 1
3. Potatoes, cubed 4
4. Water, or as needed 2 cups
5. Tomato puree 2 cups
6. Kidney beans 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Chili powder 2 ½ tablespoons
8. Salt 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Chili

1 . Stage

Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté beef and onion in the hot pan until onion is almost tender, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease.

2 . Stage

Stir in potatoes, water, tomato purée, beans, chili powder, and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Add more water if a thinner chili is desired.
