3. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Egg, lightly beaten - 1
7. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
8. Milk - ¼ cup
9. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
11. Shredded zucchini - 1 cup
12. Miniature semisweet chocolate chips - ½ cup
13. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups, or line with paper muffin liners.

2. Stage

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix egg, oil, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips, and walnuts.

Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
