Ingredients for - Italian Style Flounder

1. Flounder fillets - 2 pounds
2. Butter - ½ tablespoon
3. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ tablespoon
4. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Diced fresh tomato - ½ cup
6. Dried basil - 2 teaspoons
7. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Italian Style Flounder

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Arrange flounder in a medium baking dish. Dot with butter, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Top with tomato, basil, and garlic powder.

Cover, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
