Ingredients for - Spanish Cod

1. Butter - 1 tablespoon
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Finely chopped onion - ¼ cup
4. Chopped fresh garlic - 2 tablespoons
5. Tomato sauce - 1 cup
6. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 15
7. Chopped green olives - ½ cup
8. Deli marinated Italian vegetable salad, drained and coarsely chopped - ¼ cup
9. Black pepper - 1 dash
10. Cayenne pepper - 1 dash
11. Paprika - 1 dash
12. Cod fillets - 6 (4 ounce) fillets

How to cook deliciously - Spanish Cod

1. Stage

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onions and garlic until onions are slightly tender, being careful not to burn garlic.

2. Stage

Add tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes; bring to a simmer. Stir in green olives and marinated vegetables; season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.

3. Stage

Add cod fillets to sauce; cook over medium heat until fillets easily flake with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
