1. Butter 1 tablespoon
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Finely chopped onion ¼ cup
4. Chopped fresh garlic 2 tablespoons
5. Tomato sauce 1 cup
6. Cherry tomatoes, halved 15
7. Chopped green olives ½ cup
8. Deli marinated Italian vegetable salad, drained and coarsely chopped ¼ cup
9. Black pepper 1 dash
10. Cayenne pepper 1 dash
11. Paprika 1 dash
12. Cod fillets 6 (4 ounce) fillets

How to cook deliciously - Spanish Cod

1 . Stage

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onions and garlic until onions are slightly tender, being careful not to burn garlic.

2 . Stage

Add tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes; bring to a simmer. Stir in green olives and marinated vegetables; season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.

3 . Stage

Add cod fillets to sauce; cook over medium heat until fillets easily flake with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
