Ingredients for - Primo Spaghetti Sauce

1. Spicy Italian sausage - 1 pound
2. White wine - ¼ cup
3. Onion, chopped - ½
4. Sliced mushrooms - ½ cup
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - ½
6. Red wine - ¼ cup
7. Italian seasoning - ¼ cup
8. Crushed red pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Bay leaves - 6
10. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
11. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
12. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
13. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
14. Dried rosemary - 1 pinch
15. Ground allspice - 1 teaspoon
16. Salt - 1 teaspoon
17. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
18. Dried sage - ½ teaspoon
19. Dried marjoram - ½ teaspoon
20. Tomato sauce - 6 (8 ounce) cans
21. Tomato paste - 2 (6 ounce) cans
22. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
23. Confectioners' sugar - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Primo Spaghetti Sauce

1. Stage

Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

2. Stage

In a large pot combine white wine, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Stir in red wine, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, bay leaves, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, rosemary, allspice, salt, thyme, sage, marjoram, tomato sauce, tomato paste and sausage. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir in brown sugar and confectioners' sugar; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
