Pork with potatoes and artichokes

1 . Stage

Dice pork. Salt and pepper it.

2 . Stage

I had frozen artichokes. If you cook with fresh ones, peel them and rub them with lemon so they don't darken. Cut them into four pieces.

3 . Stage

Cut the potatoes into large chunks. If the potatoes are young, they may not be peeled. Also, if the potatoes are small, you can leave them whole, but slice them with a knife.

4 . Stage

In a pan with olive oil put the meat and fry it on high heat.

5 . Stage

Add potatoes and artichokes. Stir. Stir-fry.

6 . Stage

Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, coriander, which should be crushed in a mortar, but not too much. Sprinkle with flour. Stir it.

7 . Stage

Pour in the wine. Stir. Cover and stew until the meat and potatoes are soft and the sauce has thickened.
