4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Chopped fresh thyme - ½ teaspoon
7. Whole black peppercorns - 5
8. Heavy whipping cream - ½ cup
9. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage
