How to cook deliciously - Potato Turtons

Peel and boil potatoes in salted water

Fry chopped onion, add to the mashed potatoes.

Add sour cream and grated cheese, put salt and pepper.

Mix the flour, salt, add the eggs and butter. Carefully knead the dough, divide it in half and roll out into two equal thin layers. On the first one we place the potato filling by teaspoonfuls with a spoonful at a distance of 2-3 cm.

Cover with the second layer, press lightly and cut into squares. The edges of each square are even and pressed down with your fingers - covering the filling on all sides.
6. Stage
In hot oil, fry 3-4 pieces at a time until browned.
7. Stage
Place the cooked Turtons on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
