Ingredients for - Lisa's Macaroni and Cheese

1. Elbow macaroni - 2 pounds
2. Shredded Swiss cheese - 10 ounces
3. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 10 ounces
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 10 ounces
5. Milk - ½ cup
6. Salt to taste - ½ cup
7. Onion Powder - ⅛ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - 1 pinch
9. Dried parsley - ¼ teaspoon
10. Margarine - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Lisa's Macaroni and Cheese

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, Swiss, mozzarella and Cheddar and stir until cheeses melt. Stir in milk. Season to taste with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley. Spoon into prepared dish, and dot with margarine.

4. Stage

Bake in preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes, or until top is crunchy.
