1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Shredded carrots - ½ cup
3. Chopped celery - ½ cup
4. Chopped onion - ½ cup
5. Chicken broth - 3 cups
6. Cooked white rice - 2 cups
7. Mixed vegetables, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta), cubed - 1 pound
9. Condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup - 1 (11 ounce) can
10. Milk - 2 ½ cups
11. Sour cream - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Cheeseburger Vegetable Soup

1. Stage

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

2. Stage

Simmer carrots, celery, onion, and broth for about 10 minutes or until soft.

3. Stage

Add rice, mixed vegetables, beef, Velveeta, cheese soup, and milk, and cook until cheese is melted. Do not boil. Add sour cream and chives just before serving.
