Ingredients for - Pork Liver Pudding

1. Pork liver - ½ pound
2. Ground pork - ½ pound
3. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
5. Ground allspice - 1 dash
6. Onion, chopped - 1
7. Butter - 1 tablespoon
8. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
9. Milk - 1 cup
10. Egg - 1
11. Bay leaves - 2

How to cook deliciously - Pork Liver Pudding

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. Stage

Put liver, ground pork, salt, pepper, allspice, and onion in a food processor or meat grinder and let it run until mixture is still slightly coarse.

3. Stage

To make sauce: Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk, stirring until smooth.

4. Stage

Combine sauce, egg, and meat mixture and stir. Put in a mold with bay leaves on top of mold and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
