Ingredients for - Raw Veggie Picnic Salad

1. Bacon - 6 slices
2. Broccoli florets - 4 cups
3. Chopped celery - 1 cup
4. Frozen green peas, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package
5. Sweetened dried cranberries - 1 cup
6. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
7. Seedless green grapes - 1 cup
8. Seedless red grapes - 1 cup
9. Slivered almonds - ½ cup
10. White sugar - ¼ cup
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. White wine vinegar - ¼ cup
13. Grated onion - 2 tablespoons
14. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
15. Mayonnaise - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Raw Veggie Picnic Salad

1. Stage

Place bacon in a skillet over medium high-heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, toss together the bacon, broccoli, celery, peas, cranberries, green onions, green grapes, red grapes, and almonds. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, salt, vinegar, grated onion, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Pour dressing over the salad. Gently toss to coat.
