1. Gluten-free bread (such as Udi's® Millet-Chia bread) - 1 (1 pound) loaf
2. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Onions, diced - 2 medium
4. Celery, diced - 3 stalks
5. Chopped fresh sage - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried thyme leaves - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper to taste - ¾ teaspoon
9. Gluten-free chicken broth - 2 cups
10. Eggs, beaten - 2 large

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 3-quart baking dish.

Cut bread into 3/4-inch cubes and spread into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until crisp, 12 to 17 minutes.
