4. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
5. Baking powder - 4 teaspoons
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon
8. Low-fat buttermilk - 1 ½ cups
9. Unsweetened applesauce - ⅔ cup
10. Egg - 1
11. Dried cranberries - ½ cup
12. Sliced almonds - ¼ cup
13. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
14. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Buttermilk Drop Scones

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

Stir all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a mixing bowl until all ingredients are evenly dispersed.

Stir buttermilk, applesauce, and egg together in a separate bowl. Add to flour mixture and stir until dough is sticky. Fold in cranberries and almonds.
