How to cook deliciously - Quinoa burgers
1. Stage
Pour the rinsed quinoa into a saucepan with water at a ratio of 1:2. Bring to a boil and turn down the heat. Cover the pot tightly and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the quinoa has absorbed all the water. Cool.
