Ingredients for - Dishpan Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Butter - 2 cups
2. White sugar - 2 cups
3. Packed dark brown sugar - 2 cups
4. Eggs - 4
5. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
6. All-purpose flour - 4 cups
7. Rolled oats - 5 cups
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
10. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
11. Semisweet chocolate chips - 5 cups
12. Finely grated chocolate bar - 8 ounces
13. Chopped walnuts - 3 cups
14. Golden raisins - 1 cup
15. Raisins - 1 cup
16. Flaked coconut - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Dishpan Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Stage

First find a plastic dishpan (this keeps you from burning up your mixer). Blend oatmeal in blender until a fine powder.

2. Stage

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, candy, nuts, raisins, and coconut.

3. Stage

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Makes 6 dozen.
