1. Butter 2 cups
2. White sugar 2 cups
3. Packed dark brown sugar 2 cups
4. Eggs 4
5. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
6. All-purpose flour 4 cups
7. Rolled oats 5 cups
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
10. Baking soda 2 teaspoons
11. Semisweet chocolate chips 5 cups
12. Finely grated chocolate bar 8 ounces
13. Chopped walnuts 3 cups
14. Golden raisins 1 cup
15. Raisins 1 cup
16. Flaked coconut 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Dishpan Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 . Stage

First find a plastic dishpan (this keeps you from burning up your mixer). Blend oatmeal in blender until a fine powder.

2 . Stage

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, candy, nuts, raisins, and coconut.

3 . Stage

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Makes 6 dozen.
