1. Plain yogurt ½ cup
2. Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
3. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
4. Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
5. Ground paprika ½ teaspoon
6. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
7. Red onion, diced 1 large
8. Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
9. Chicken gizzards 1 pound
10. Chicken livers 1 pound
11. Salt ¾ teaspoon
12. Scallions, chopped 8 stalks
13. Garam masala ½ teaspoon
14. Chopped fresh cilantro ½ cup
15. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Curried Chicken Gizzards and Livers

1 . Stage

Beat yogurt, tomato paste, cumin, coriander, and paprika together in a bowl; set aside.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add gizzards, livers, and salt; fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in yogurt mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until well done, about 40 minutes.

3 . Stage

Add scallions and garam masala; cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and stir in cilantro and lemon juice.
