2. Water - 1 ¼ cups
3. Butter - ⅔ cup
4. White sugar - 1 cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. Rolled oats - 1 cup
7. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cloves - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
12. Salt - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Oatmeal Raisin Cookies III

1. Stage

Boil raisins for 2 to 3 minutes, reserving raisin water.

2. Stage

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, oatmeal and 9 tablespoons raisin water. Add flour, baking soda, spices and salt. Stir in raisins.

Drop by a rounded teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes.
