1. Vegetable oil 1 ½ cups
2. White sugar 2 cups
3. Eggs, beaten 3 large
4. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
5. All-purpose flour 3 cups
6. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
7. Salt 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
9. Ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon
10. Apples - peeled, cored and diced 2 ½ cups
11. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
12. Raisins (Optional) 1 cup
13. Cream cheese frosting 1 (16 ounce) container
14. Finely chopped walnuts ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Apple Cake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan (such as Bundt).

Beat together oil, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to egg mixture; stir in apples, 1 cup walnuts, and raisins.
