1. Vegetable oil - 1 ½ cups
2. White sugar - 2 cups
3. Eggs, beaten - 3 large
4. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
5. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
6. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
10. Apples - peeled, cored and diced - 2 ½ cups
11. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
12. Raisins (Optional) - 1 cup
13. Cream cheese frosting - 1 (16 ounce) container
14. Finely chopped walnuts - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Apple Cake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan (such as Bundt).

Beat together oil, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to egg mixture; stir in apples, 1 cup walnuts, and raisins.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours.
