Ingredients for - Chicken with Mushrooms

1. Sliced mushrooms - 3 cups
2. Eggs, beaten - 2 large
3. Seasoned bread crumbs - 1 cup
4. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4
5. Butter - 2 tablespoons
6. Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 6 ounces
7. Chicken broth - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Chicken with Mushrooms

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place 1/2 of the mushrooms in a 9x13-inch pan.

3. Stage

Add eggs to a shallow dish. Add bread crumbs to a second shallow dish. Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides.

5. Stage

Place chicken on top of mushrooms in the pan. Arrange remaining mushrooms over chicken and top with mozzarella cheese. Add chicken broth to the pan.
