1. Wide egg noodles - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Eggs, beaten - 6
3. Small curd cottage cheese - 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Whole milk - 2 cups
5. Sour cream - 1 cup
6. White sugar - 1 cup
7. Butter, melted - 6 tablespoons
8. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (4 ounce) package
9. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. White sugar - ⅓ cup
12. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
13. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon Noodle Kugel

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.

Beat eggs, cottage cheese, milk, sour cream, 1 cup white sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl.
