5. Dijon mustard - 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Dried oregano - 1 ½ tablespoons
7. Dried basil - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Granulated onion - 1 tablespoon
9. Minced garlic, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt - 2 teaspoons
11. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper, or more to taste (Optional) - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Big Ray's Mediterranean Salad Dressing

1. Stage

Pour olive oil, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons vinegar, Parmesan cheese, mustard, oregano, basil, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, and black pepper into a large glass jar. Whisk or stir with a spoon until well combined.
