1. Red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes - 6 medium
2. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
3. Sour cream - 1 cup
4. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
5. Minced white onion - ¼ cup
6. Diced sun-dried tomatoes - ¼ cup
7. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
8. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
11. Sea salt - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Greek-Inspired Potato Salad

1. Stage

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add potatoes. Boil until fork-tender and mashably soft, about 12 minutes. Drain and immediately place potatoes in a bowl of cold water to prevent further cooking.
