8. All-purpose flour - 2 teaspoons
9. Milk - 1 ½ cups
10. Cream cheese - ½ (8 ounce) package
11. Chopped ham - 1 cup

1. Stage

Place potatoes, celery, onion, chicken stock, and parsley into a slow cooker. Season with salt and black pepper. Set cooker on High, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 2 hours.
