8. Salt ½ teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon
10. Ground cloves ⅛ teaspoon
11. Dark brown sugar ⅔ cup
12. Vegetable oil ⅓ cup
13. Egg, beaten 1
14. Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
15. Raisins (Optional) ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Yummy Bran Muffins

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Stir milk and lemon juice together in a bowl; let sit until milk curdles slightly, about 5 minutes. Pour bran cereal into milk mixture and let cereal soften, about 5 minutes more.
