1. Mexican-style corn, drained - 3 (11 ounce) cans
2. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
3. Sour cream - 2 cups
4. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup
6. Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 pound
7. Fresh lime juice - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - 1 pinch
10. Salt - 1 pinch

1. Stage

In a large serving bowl, stir together the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, Cheddar cheese and lime juice. Season with cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir to blend in seasonings, then refrigerate until chilled before serving.
