1. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
2. Brown sugar, divided - 2 tablespoons
3. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
5. Pumpkin pie spice - ¼ teaspoon
6. Salt - 1 pinch
7. Butter, cut into large chunks - 1 tablespoon
8. Eggs - 4
9. Milk - 1 cup
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
11. Almond extract - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Shannon's Oven Pancake

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Stir white sugar and 1 tablespoon brown sugar together in a small bowl. Stir flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt together in a separate bowl with a whisk.

Put butter in an 8-inch cake pan and melt in preheated oven, 3 to 5 minutes.

Sprinkle remaining brown sugar over the melted butter in the cake pan.
