3. Cream cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ¾ cup
5. Shredded Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
6. Milk - ¼ cup
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup
