1. Eggs - 2 large
2. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
3. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4. Sifted all-purpose flour - 1 cup
5. Milk - 1 cup
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. Vegetable oil for frying - 1 teaspoon
8. Confectioners' sugar for dusting - 1 teaspoon

Beat together eggs, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add flour, milk, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth. Allrecipes/Oana Ennis

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place a wire rack over paper towels.
