2. White sugar 1 tablespoon
3. Salt ¼ teaspoon
4. Sifted all-purpose flour 1 cup
5. Milk 1 cup
6. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
7. Vegetable oil for frying 1 teaspoon
8. Confectioners' sugar for dusting 1 teaspoon
