Ingredients for - Crab Quiche II

1. Deep dish pie crust - 1 (9 inch)
2. Eggs, beaten - 2
3. Milk - ½ cup
4. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
5. Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
6. Shredded Swiss cheese - 1 ½ cups
7. Imitation crabmeat - ½ pound
8. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Crab Quiche II

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Stir in the cheese, imitation crabmeat and pepper. Pour into the pie shell.

3. Stage

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly and serve.
