1 . Stage
Dissolve the sugar in warm milk, add a little flour (1 tbsp.), yeast, mix and put in a warm place for about 15 minutes. I took half a bag of yeast, but since everyone has different bags, take the amount required for about 0.5 kg of flour.

Prepare the tangerines. They must be sweet and seedless.

Roll out the dough about 0.3 cm, cut out circles with a plate - this will be the base. With glasses we cut out smaller circles and hide a tangerine slice inside.

Assemble the buns on a baking tray, leave them to rise for 20 minutes. I greased with milk, you can use any other grease. We send for 20 minutes in the oven heated to 180*. In the meantime, dissolve the sugar on the stove with water and zest, and cover the ready buns with the syrup.
