1. Onion, chopped 1
2. Vegetable oil ¼ cup
3. Potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 pound
4. Salt 1 teaspoon
5. Cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
6. Ground turmeric ½ teaspoon
7. Ground cumin ¼ teaspoon
8. Tomatoes, chopped 2

How to cook deliciously - Aloo Phujia

1 . Stage

Lightly brown onion in oil in a medium size skillet.

2 . Stage

Stir in salt, cayenne, turmeric and cumin. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

3 . Stage

Add tomatoes, cover pan and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
