Ingredients for - Aloo Phujia

1. Onion, chopped - 1
2. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
3. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 1 pound
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground turmeric - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
8. Tomatoes, chopped - 2

How to cook deliciously - Aloo Phujia

1. Stage

Lightly brown onion in oil in a medium size skillet.

2. Stage

Stir in salt, cayenne, turmeric and cumin. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

3. Stage

Add tomatoes, cover pan and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
