3. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Tomato paste - 2 teaspoons
6. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground allspice - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground cardamom - ⅛ teaspoon
12. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 2 inch pieces - 2 pounds
13. Onions, cut into large chunks - 2
14. Green bell pepper, cut into large chunks - 1 large
15. Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken

1. Stage

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic, tomato paste, salt, oregano, pepper, allspice, cinnamon, and cardamom in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat; transfer into a resealable plastic bag, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
