3. Uncooked quick oats - 1 cup
4. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Mandarin orange segments, drained, liquid reserved - 2 (8.25 ounce) cans
7. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
8. Milk chocolate chips - ¼ cup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
