Cooking
1 . Stage
YOGURT. The time is specified without taking into account the preparation of yogurt. We can make it with the help of wonderful equipment from Oursson, for example, a thermos yogurt maker and bacterial sourdough from Orsik for yogurt. Pour 1/2 litre of room temperature milk into a clean, sterilized jar (22-24 C), add 1 sachet of sourdough, stir thoroughly until the sourdough has dissolved, 2-3 minutes, and then pour out the rest of the milk and stir. Close the jar. In a thermos - yogurt pot pour boiling water, up to the mark, put the jar in it, close. Forget about 6-10 hours.

2 . Stage
This is the kind of thick, very tasty yogurt you get.

3 . Stage
SALAD. Peel mushrooms, wash, dry. Cut into thin slices. Put into a pan, pour 100 ml. boiling water, boil for 20 minutes, until all the liquid evaporates, fry in vegetable oil, salt. Cool.

4 . Stage
Slice the Chinese cabbage thinly. Place in a bowl. Wash cucumber, cut into thin short julienne strips, add to the cabbage. Salt, mix gently with your hands.

5 . Stage
Cut thin strips of sausage and chicken, put it in a bowl.

Chop the onion into feathers, add.

Place the cooled mushrooms.

Mix yogurt, mustard and boiled egg yolk.
